Neselle is the CEO and Director of Design & Construction at Aponte Development where she crafts the company culture, creative direction, shapes the design aesthetic and guides the strategic vision. Driven by New England Architecture and high quality standards, she collaborates with AD’s in-house team of carpenters, project managers, and designers to always achieve the right “vibe”. Through her commitment to her role, she has helped AD achieve brand consistency and recognition in over 30 completed Design-Build projects and Developments totaling over $66M in real estate activity.

She is one of the few licensed Latina General Contractors in the state. Having been exposed to the Construction and Real Estate industry at a young age through her Property Manager Mother and Do-It-All Handyman Father, she was inspired to create her own path. She studied design and holds a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She is also Osha 30 certified.

Currently residing in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston with her fiancé Andreas. When she is not working, you can often find them going for long walks and looking at the beautiful neighborhood houses with their dog Alistair.

Andreas is the COO and Director of Real Estate at Aponte Development where he turns the vision and strategy into an executable plan while forecasting real estate trends and opportunities. Andreas is a relentless driver, ruthless finisher by nature, and a licensed general contractor. Coupled with his background in finance he helped AD underwrite, secure, permit, oversee and deliver over $66M in real estate projects.

Being born to a Swiss mother and Chinese father and raised in Beijing, Andreas experienced life both in the local and expat community, where he was exposed to entrepreneurs from all walks of life and countries. As a result, he speaks five languages and is a natural communicator. Andreas grew up in a Hutong, a typical Beijing neighborhood. A tight knit community that was torn down during the City’s initial construction boom, to make way for the Beijing Summer Olympics.

Having had some success at a young age in music and media, Andreas had the privilege of working with top American talent both on and off the stage, which focused his attention to the US. He moved to the US and studied finance and real estate and holds a degree from Babson College. Now settled in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston with his fiancé Neselle and their dog Alistair, halfway across the world, Andreas once again enjoys the feeling of being a neighborhood guy.
