Our comprehensive real estate development service begins during the due diligence phase. We analyze potential projects from an owner’s perspective and create a vision of the possibilities. We assemble the project team of attorneys, architects, and engineers to collaborate with our inhouse design-build team to develop and realize project goals. We canvas the neighborhood and get community feedback and support that is critical for permitting and entitlements.

We oversee the construction process to keep it in line with development goals and critical development deadlines. We select the brokerage team and kick off the marketing initiatives. We even take care of the minutiae of paying real estate taxes, insurance, and utilities through the development and exit transactions.
