With a design-forward approach to multi-family and sub-division developments, all activities from transaction management, permitting, interior design, general contracting, and construction management are self-performed in-house.
We use our expertise in design-build and development to provide buy-side targeted deal sourcing to strategic buyers. We determine the deal criteria and goals and leverage our real estate network to identify the right projects and off market deals with the right value add plays.
Design-Build is a project delivery method that provides a single point contract entity instead of Owners managing numerous consultants and contractors throughout the project. Our DB team gets involved early on to develop concepts, design and construction goals that then inform the selection of the right Architect for the project.
Our comprehensive real estate development service begins during the due diligence phase. We analyze potential project from an Owner’s perspective and create a vision of the possibilities. We assemble the project team of attorneys, architects, and engineers to collaborate with our in-house design-build team to develop and realize project goals.
